Pat Miller has created beautiful homes and living spaces in Fairfield County for over 30 years. In every style home, from traditional to shingle style to contemporary and more, attention to detail and quality of materials is of the utmost importance.

Her many renovations over the years reflect how small, simple houses can be transformed into warm, gracious, and inviting homes. Her new homes show how she can take a piece of land and create an exciting new structure from nothing other than the imaginations of the client and the designer. Pat’s experience and relationships with incredibly skilled local builders, tradespeople, suppliers and local regulatory board members ensures each project is completed with care, quality and the client’s vision.

We love our house thanks to Pat! When we saw our 1970s house for the first time, we immediately fell in love with the location, the open layout, the views, and what we imagined it could look like. Pat is the one who made it our perfect home by transforming a dated post-and-beam barn-like home into a modern farmhouse. She was the only one who truly knew what we wanted and took our wish list and made smart choices to add the spaces that would add value to our home and make it more livable. She has trusted relationships with a strong network of professionals. After working so closely with Pat, we consider her our dear friend and enjoyed working with her beyond words.

Following Super Storm Sandy, my wife and I decided to raise our house an additional 2 1/2 feet to the new FEMA limit. We were the first Compo Beach area property owners after Sandy to get approval for the raise, which included a full garage under the house! Pat piloted this successful effort before the town ZBA. A few years later, Pat facilitated the planning for an elevator and designed an upper roof deck with a gas fire pit and stunning views of Long Island Sound. Pat is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and collaborative. Pat ran the contractor competitive bidding process and we all worked as a team, with Pat incorporating agreed to ideas and suggesting dramatic style features that give our home a unique feel. We are thrilled with the outcome!

Pat Miller has worked on two major projects for us. In both cases she listened to what we wanted and created plans that fulfilled our vision.
